Scout V7 (400W/48V 24Ah) has a powerful 400w motor and full disc brakes that will give you the boost and safety you need to get yourself anywhere. The 48V 24Ah lithium battery will take you 50 miles or more on one charge. The Scout V7 comes with a 4.2” LCD Display, Super bright LED lights (low/high beam), turn signals, electric horn, wheel locking alarm, mudguards, cargo box included and two-seater upgrade available. The Scout V7 is one of a kind due to its working pedal which allow customers full access to sidewalks without fear of being ticketed. Take a safe and stress-free ride with your Scout V7 down the Beach sidewalks or the bike lane.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently only ship within the Continental USA (48 States).
SHIPPING METHOD AND TIMEFRAME:
- Estimated delivery within 2-7 business days.
- Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground if shipped within the continental 48 states.
- Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays are non-business days.
More specific UPS shipping times appear in the map below.
This map is not concrete. Meaning, it may take longer to process than what is intended or due to shipping delays (such as holidays).
We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. Packages of high value are shipped signature required unless otherwise requested.
SHIPPING FEE:
- $199 shipping fee – all locations within the continental 48 states.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Order processing time is between 1-2 business days and our delivery time varies based on the shipping warehouse and your shipping address.
Orders (Status: On Hold) need to be checked and processed after confirmation.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Customer can only request an order cancellation if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for a 10% restocking fee.
TRACKING PACKAGES:
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.
DELIVERY TIME:
The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. You can check the tracking number through the Carrier’s website for your order delivery time. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 72 hours from the time the order is placed.
SHIPPING OF EBIKES
Shipments containing ebikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.
Due to shipping carrier regulations around high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, we cannot ship ebikes, or ebike batteries, outside of the 48 continental United States.

The red color is very, very nice 3. The range lasts more than enough to ride all day, I just plug it in as soon as I get home and I never have to worry about getting stranded 4. As you’d expect, the quality of the frame/screen lives up to the price. You can tell just by riding on it, it’s very sturdy and well made. 5. Building it wasn’t too bad, if you watch the instructional video you can easily get through it. 6. Shipping was great, no problems and took 5 days (northern michigan). After putting a few hundred miles on it and riding all summer I can safely say it’s my new favorite way to commute around the area.

I took my ebike v7 scout out of box assembled it and it worked great for all of 2 miles now it won’t do anything but flicker like it wants to come on beeps like it’s goin to start but nothing … Put the second one together the same way and it works fine … Could really use help I can’t seem to reach anyone ..
