FAQs

Even though some of our e-bikes can reach up to 30mph, most states have a 20mph limit for Class 1 pedal-assisted bikes. You can see the top speed of each individual bike in each specifications table.

We offer a complete range of e-bikes, ranging from as lightweight as 35lbs to models weighing 129lbs.

The range of electric bikes depend on a number of factors such as towing weight, wind speed and terrain. You can expect some of our models to go as far as 60 miles on a single charge with the Pedal Assist System activated

Fat tires are designed to decrease the cumulated pressure of the bike and biker by adding extra contact surface. Fat tire bikes are able to travel over diverse terrain, from snow to sand. The wide tires provide you with extra grip and traction.

We offer different motor options depending on each ebike build. Whatever your preference, rear-hub or mid-drive motors, we have a solution for you.

Please read our Warranty Policy for more information.

A person’s weight/load may have a slight affect on range, as well as wind speed and elevation.

Hub motors apply power directly to the back wheel of the bike, on the other hand mid-drive motors work with your gears and drives the crank itself. Hub-Drive motors are known to be the best for people enjoying a city cruise or a trip around the suburb, while Mid-Drive motors are more performance based and will appeal to someone who plans on taking it through hills and rough terrain.

Charging times may vary between different models, but average charging time would be 4-6 hours.
